An electric drain valve is installed on the filter end cover. During operation, turbid water enters the filter cartridge through the water inlet and filters the dirt through a stainless steel wedge mesh. Purified water flows out from the water outlet. When too much dirt accumulates on the surface of the filter screen, the filtered water is impeded, and the pressure in the inner chamber of the filter cartridge rises. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet water reaches a certain value (preset), the differential pressure switch sends a signal to the controller. The controller starts the reducer motor to drive the brush to rotate to remove dirt and impurities from the surface of the filter screen. At the same time, open the electric drain valve to discharge the dirt, and the cleaning time is 20-120 seconds (can be set locally). During cleaning, there is no need to cut off the flow, the blowdown pressure loss does not exceed 0.5 bar, and the flow loss does not exceed 1%.
